User Flows

Based on the user personas, I created a user flow for each of our target users. The patient user flow represent's Nick's ideal path as he searches for arthritis relief, and is eventually brought to a fitting clinic's website. The donor user flow represents Lisa's ideal online donation process.

Best Practice Research & Identifying Pain Points

I reviewed the websites of several similar clinics across the country to determine healthcare UX best practices. I also read through case studies of various healthcare and charity websites to narrow down a few key guidelines to increase user donations and patient accessibility. I then identified pain points on BHCHP's website based on these criteria.
